There are options for crimping directly or using adhesive. Copper base processing is also possible. ■Mold Production■ If the quantity is large, we will produce a mold for the base to reduce material waste and lower unit costs. For smaller quantities, we will manufacture the base through cutting without incurring mold costs. Advantages: It allows for higher fin heights.
